Description of requirements/features: Hi I have a professional class project to develop a professional grade website for real estate property listing and searching. Website will have database driven content i.e. database for storing data and images for each listing and database driven dynamic display banners.
Functionality to include requiring the guest to have an account and be logged in to be able post and manage property listing.
Searching for listings do not require logging in
There will be functionality to generate a google map of the location of a property using the latitude and longitude coordinates of the property.
Functionality to view a specific property listing by searching on the property TAG NO. that is automatically assigned to the listing when posted.
Functionality to link each ad banner to a database of JPEG banners that are automatically display in sequence in the corresponding banner.
and other functions.
Challenges:
-Am not a proficient web developer
-Need to decide on the best set of software tools to use for the job.
-Need to be able to defend the job.
