Website Development

An IT company would like to re-construct their simple content base website. Due to unexpected incidence, they've lost their website on the hosting server. All the design files and content copy is ready but need help to develop the site using word press or other methods. There are about 8 top tabs and 40 web pages in total. Also need help to choose the hosting company and open account. The project can start immediately and remotely. Will accept bidding based on a fixed price or hourly rate (but need to provide estimated hours).
