WEBSITE DESIGNER AND DEVELOPER IDEALLY MAGENTO

We are looking for a very experienced website developer and designer to create our new website which ideally we would like ran on Magento.

The objective is to create a fully functioning and transactional site using the latest Magento version. This website will be a retail and trade website. The website will have two core features, see below.

Feature 1: Retail & Trade Users

Two client log ins will be required - you can either purchase items as a B2C customer (public users) with the prices listed online, account not required for B2C customers.

Or if you are a trade customer, you will need to create an account which would then need to be approved by Admin, once approved the B2B customer (trade user) can log in and see trade prices and purchase items on the trade price.

Feature 2: Swatch Feature

Some of our Products are customisable, therefore the backend will need to accommodate this. Custom features include size, finish and fabric. Some items will require non of these options and will be fixed, however other items will need either 1 or 2 or all 3 of these options available on the product page.

As you can see from the above product it has all three custom options I've listed above.

Dimensions: Client is given a choice of dimensions to choose from (each Product is Unique and priced differently depending on size). Each selection will also have the dimensions and the fabric usage required to cover it.

Fabric: In the backend we will need this feature to be added along with all the fabric options, categorised by colour and fabric design. Each fabric will have a its own unique pricing, then the system needs to multiply the chosen dimensions usage x fabric cost x finish will give the user the quote.

Last option is Finish: client will need to choose from a pre defined selection of finishes.

So for example: a sofa called PPH, this sofa comes in three sizes, two seater £100 (Fabric Usage = 5m), Three Seater Sofa £200 (Fabric Usage = 8m) and Four Seater Sofa £300 (fabric usage 10m)

If i choose to go with the two seater the base price is £100 and requires 5m of fabric, i then choose a fabric which is £10 per m, the total will be £100 + 5x10 (fabric) = £50 which then totals £150.

Other features include:

- One-page checkout
- Reports - such as total stock value, showing out of stock items, stock that has less than 5 units etc.
- Speed up website
- Clear precise menu and product filters
- Abandoned carts alerts

Multi-lingual – English, Arabic, French, German, Italian, Russian and Spanish (Google Translator can be used)

Multi-currency- GBP, Euro, and USD

As mentioned there will be 3 types of users:
There will be two types of users
 Admin
 Retail
 Trade

Both Retail and Trade Buyers will be able to Search Listed products, View products listing on the portal with their details along with two options Add to cart, Add to Wishlist. Buyers can buy their desired products by adding them to their carts and making payments for the product that they want to buy. however for trade user, they will have to log in to their admin approved account to access the trade pricing and pay the trade prices.

Admin- Admin will be able to manage the following things
• Website pages and content
• User management
• Product and category management
• Order management
• Inventory management
• Send and receive Emails

Logo design will also be required.

You will be assisted on the design phrase of the website and will be required to initially add approximately 500 products.
