Website Design - with CMS for easy updates

I require quotes for a new website which must be designed with a CMS that we can add to and update ourselves. It is for a golf academy (current site www.bettergolf.ie) .

We want to make use of photos across the site to demonstrate what the place looks like so imagery is an important element.

Our booking system will be an iframe link or a direct link to booking (NOT PART OF THIS PROJECT)

The site should be responsive.

We require SEO optimisation also.

Usual social media sharing icons required as well. We supply all text and images.
