Description of requirements/features: I have a website and a new template

Need change from old(actuall) website www.neckstar.com to new template

the new template is see on newtest.neckstar.com and can work on this subdomain

the new template is nice but I can this not change because I dont know sufficient about modern modificate

Dearest also with square tiles ... also that what today is popular

on the actually website payment system is working (can hope later easy take on on the new template)

Please only serious offers that this 100% would in one day finished

please understand at the moment I can not pay more because the sale is now at the beginning very poor
