Website Design and Development for 4 websites

I'm looking for a website designer and developer who can quickly build me 4 easy to use websites for my new business ventures.

2 need to be e-commerce sites with a few extra pages (examples can be provided)

2 need to be a membership sites, 1 with an online forum style (examples can be provided for both)

Please include in your application how quickly you will be able to get these built, the domains have been purchased so I'd like to get these up ASAP.

I'm looking for someone who can quote me a very reasonable price for this bundle of sites as this will lead on to higher paying jobs in the future :)
