Website design and development

We have a requirement for a web page design and development, please see below.

1) When the user first time opened the page, request will send two parameters as part of request and a json response will be returned

2) Json will have two sets of data (for ex: data1 and data2.. with each containing multiple records)

3) The page should have two tables, one table on left and other on right with little space in between

4) After the data is displayed for the first time, then the data should be refreshed without user interaction

5) There are two requirements here.. lets say the page gets refreshed every minute automatically through java script

6) Assume that there is a flag in the json.. for ex: which says 'Refresh' or 'New'

7) Refresh - means, replace old data on the two tables with the new data that comes from the request (automatic request sent every minute)

8) New - means, the existing data will stay as it is, and new data from the request will be added to the tables at the top (old records will be displayed below new records)

9) The tables data should have a sort option for every column -the column can be a text or number

10) Also the json will contain a time stamp -it can be displayed as a page title

11) If possible, instead of the sending request for every minute, listen to a Queue (for ex: AWS SNS/SQS) for data updates and update the page accordingly
