Website design and build

I am looking for a freelance digital expert who can help with my requirements as and when I need them. I run a fully integrated marketing agency and regularly need small websites (ideally wordpress so my clients can update themselves), landing pages, emails and microsites designing and building. The particular job I need quoting at the moment is a smallish 'brochure'site which the client will need to update themselves. it will be up to 10 pages and need designing and building. I supsect it will be a week's work in total, spread over about 3 - 4 weeks. I will supply content, visual guidelines and imagery if necessary. I would like it designed and built. At this stage i dont yet have content or look and feel. I have a limited budget
