Website Creation (Brochure type)

I need a website created, preferably WordPress approx. 10/15 pages of "Brochure" type design. I will provide the images required and a rough blueprint of how I want my pages formatted/displayed. The website should be SEO'd to a high standard. I do not require AdWords implementation/optimisation or on-going SEO management.

I will require a PDF/PowerPoint to explain to me how to update blog articles, or add associates to a "team" page etc. (Basic stuff)

The business is for osteopathy/physiotherapy/sports massage. The business will NOT require eCommerce functionality. Appropriate call to action placements and easy facilitation to track CVR through different mediums of customer enquiry is a must.

The logo has been completed and will be provided. For those who have developed websites for and/or have experience in marketing for healthcare will be an advantage.
