Website creating for booking events and taking out memberships.

We are looking to get a website for our two paintball companies.

Website for events

- Event view- Calander
- Can look per type of event e.g category, Friday night, new player night
Each event has two types of product, the overall player cap is say 200 but upto 25 of them can hire equipment ( Extra charge) The site only takes a £15 deposit with remainder payable on the day.

Customers should be able to take out membership through the website
- Membership, have to have booked three events previously
- Price per year, auto renewal option
- Reminds them a month, 2 weeks, 1 week, 2 days 1 day prior to renewal plus 7 days after
- Form to fill in including capturing a copy of photo ID so needs to be highly secure

- Merchandise available to purchase
- Shows merchandise orders separately or emails a copy of the order to Merch company

- Link to the retail store

- Issues a waiver per customer to be signed prior to the event Reminds them 2 days 1 day before event they haven’t signed it. If someone books 6 people all parties need to sign their own waivers
- Under 18’s automatically need an adult waiver as well as theres
- Need to let the person checking the customers in know who has and has not singed a disclaimer.
- QR code so the customers can sign the waiver there and then at the counter if they didn't do it before

- Automatic email advertising if events are not full

- Front page has a countdown to next event that automatically renews each time
- Video on front page showing the site
