Website community with creation space e-shop

General information for the website: online community and creation space/ webshop
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of every page/module: the website will be accessible in three languages, Fr, En, Nl (perhaps more in the futur)
The first page will propose to connect, to create your member page or to "just browse".
Just browse : those will have access to the posts of the members ( photo's/ stories , i will explain the project in details to the one i will work with).
members : can create their own profil and post photo's and stories , get connected with people in their environment and in the same situation, message/chat in public.
creation: i need a creation programm on the website to create personalised albums and shirts. Accessible for all members.
administrator : i want to be able to manage the website all by myself, so have access to the administration... (be able to delete if necessary etc...)
I want the website to be responsive, and perhaps create a mobile application also.
i hope it's clear, i am actually working on the graphic design of the website, so i need someone able to realise my design and programm... Thank you in advance.
