Website built with seo

Hi
I need a brand new website created with up to 10 pages.
Not eccomerce, pages with information, photos.,contact form.

I would like all the seo done on each page, so headings, tags etc.

I want someone to make sure each page is optimised and you know what to do.
I have word press experience from a old website
If you are local to West Midlands, Shropshire, Worcestershire that would be better.

We may then have a second website that we would like done.
