We require a static website to be built , with the possibility of a CMS, although we would like this to be quoted as an additional cost (please see spec). We will provide a front page layout design, and a website structure plus spec.
See attached file. We would like to work with someone on an ongoing basis as we have generally quite a few jobs some which we sub contract out.
Please quote on the basis of build the site with and without the additional CMS.
