Website Build

I am currently in the process of having a new website designed. We have used the same designer we have used for logo's, packaging etc so we can keep the look and indentity of the company the same throughout. We are now looking for a website builder to build the site. We will provide all pages designed and wireframes etc and need someone with the following expertise to build the site for use on the domain www.traditionalcoffee.co.uk. The requirements are below
- Expert knowledge of HTML 5, cross-browser and cross-device CSS
– Excellent knowledge of jQuery
– Strong understanding of Accessibility; the standards, patterns and approaches that enable web access for all users, irrespective of browsing technology.
– A high level of familiarity and content management systems such as wordpress.
