I have a website that I designed, the developer I used it having trouble with this page:

It loads poorly and shakes.
The aim is to get the animation to play without shaking or bugging and the videos should not be seen looping on screen. If loading could be improved that would also be great.
I have a maximum budget or £80 for this. Please only accept if you are confident in doing this.
