Hello

I need a expert web programmer/designer to build me a website no more than 5-7 pages incorporating the following functionality.

1) *Ability for buyers to download my financial software on-line.
*The website should be able to generate a license key and emailed once the purchase has been approved and accepted.
*This would mean including a bit of code in my java program to read validate the key and copy to the registry i.e CPUID
(Any other method suggested will be welcome)

2) e-commerce to support the above (i.e. Paypal etc)

3)The ability for me to maintain the license database and website (i.e. to add more pages/enhanced versions of the software) using an easy to use management tool - please.
