    Before moving forward, I’d like to understand:

    * which hotel websites you personally feel capture the atmosphere you want guests to emotionally experience,
    * whether your current visitors mainly drop off before booking or during the reservation process,
    * and if the redesign should focus more on increasing direct bookings, strengthening brand perception, or improving the premium feel for higher-value guests?
