Webpage Design

I am close to finalising a webpage for a forum that I run, but we are missing a flare with the design and some of information has not been completed. I have a lot of points and the bones of the webpage are complete, but we need some flesh and equally minor adjustments to dates.

We are looking for someone to conclude the design and take the page to the next level, we aim to launch mid December 2019 and are looking for high quality designs that will make us stand out.
