Web3 Developer for React Frontend Blockchain Integration

We are a startup seeking a skilled Web3 Developer to integrate blockchain functionality into our existing React.js + Vite frontend. This is not just a technical role—our ideal candidate understands business logic, can collaborate closely with managers, and can translate product requirements into reliable Web3 functionality.

Responsibilities

Integrate Web3 logic into an existing React/Vite application

Understand the business model and product flow

Discuss and refine requirements with project managers

Implement blockchain interactions using Wagmi, Viem, Ethers.js, RainbowKit, or similar libraries

Build clean wallet connections and contract interactions

Ensure blockchain behavior aligns with UI/UX requirements

Work with REST/GraphQL services if needed

Required Qualifications

4+ years of professional experience in the software industry

Strong knowledge of Web3 development, including:

Wallet integration (MetaMask, WalletConnect, Coinbase Wallet, etc.)

Contract read/write execution

RPC handling, event listening, signatures, and transaction lifecycle

Understanding Ethereum/L2 basics (Solidity knowledge is optional)

Proficiency in React.js (hooks, state management, component design)

Ability to understand and translate business logic into proper Web3 flows

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

Experience with Vite

Familiarity with L2/testnet development

Understanding of dApp security and performance considerations
