Description of requirements/features: I need a simple Web panel for sending mass SMS messages using voicetrading.com accounts.

The way the SMS can be sent manually is this way, by filling out the 'xxxx' spots in this link - https://www.voicetrading.com/myaccount/sendsms.php?username=xxxxxxxxxx &password=xxxxxxxxxx &from=xxxxxxxxxx &to=xxxxxxxxxx &text=xxxxxxxxxx

What I need is a web based panel, with possibility to:
create groups
import numbers into groups
delete groups
main page where to enter sms text, choose a group to which to send, enter senders (from) name and a button send of course.

you can add some of your own ideas, if you have any.

oh yes, this wont be a public service, so it should be password protected

i need this done by Sunday evening!
