We have found a wordpress template that is perfect for what our business want achieve mainly. Clients posting events and places for a price. We are very happy with the format and usability of the template.

The problem with this template is that its not responsive therefore not easily usable for mobile/tablet market even with the wordpress WPtouch plug ins available some serious coding and hacking needs to take place.

We are looking for someone to give us a solution (does not have to be wordpress) who can:

Programme a similar responsive site we can use
Adapt the above theme
Produce an app version of the site we can ask our users to download.
