Web site maintenance and enhancement, Wordpress and HTML

I'm looking for someone with skills in Wordpress to help with on-going tweaking of an existing site, if I can find someone with some HTML skills this could be useful.

The person who designed the site has a full time job and is a new father hence limited time to maintain the site promptly.

My site is developed however needs ongoing change, there's a couple of add in bespoke elements developed in HTML.

I'm looking probably at 5 to 10 hours of time every month maintenance, perhaps a little more.

Most of this relates to design tweaking.

I have pending need to integrate email / user management into the site, so that I can email i) those people registered and ii) email people on email lists.

My ideal is to get someone who is self-employed / freelance and who can respond reasonably fast to my needs i.e. inside 2/3 days versus inside 1-2 weeks
