Web site (25-30 pages, CSS, XHTML, bit of scripting, UI design done)

We\'d like a new web site developed, with between 25-30 pages with simple tab-based navigation. All of the pages have been designed in Visio and can be sent as jpegs. All of the content (text and images) are also available, although some of the graphics would have to be resized / tweaked for the web. Needs to be developed in CSS and XHTML.

The developer also needs to have some scripting experience (ie javascript or vbscript) to handle the login, contact us and payment pages. They don\'t need to be SEO experts, but the site needs to be search engine-friendly. They need to be able to re-size/tweak the graphics, to look good on the web. If possible, should be able to start soon and finish in under 4 weeks.

When quoting, the bidder should confirm how many years CSS, XHTML and scripting experience they have, and their reference sites.
