Web scrapping

I need to scarp the data from the below URL.

From the table on this webpage I need Project Id, Agency Name, Program Area, Fiscal Year, General Fund CDBG and HOPWA
Also you need to apply the filter as Fiscal Year 2016-17 and then get the above data.

I need the data in web-service which i can run as a cron job.
