I'm looking for any web host or web developer who hosts websites for their clients and who, for any reason, would like to sell them.
I run a data center in England and I've completed many acquisitions over the last 5 years. I have a solid procedure set up for migrating each client's website to my server. It's practically seamless for the website owner and between ourselves, my team and I will make it as effortless as possible for you while we do have some minor requirements of you. Throughout the process, there's no up-selling or pushy sales procedures for the clients to suffer and once onboard, we'll treat them like they've been a loyal customer for years. They'll be in good hands.
I always aim to make an offer that's fair for both of us and which meets your goals. Typically, agreed upon fee for each client lands around 1.5x the average annual revenue they have generated over the previous 2 years.
I have a contract written up and ready to go, it's flexible and so I'm happy to make adjustments to it's terms.
Things will begin with a discovery call with myself and if we're both happy to go ahead, you'll be in the capable hands of my team. Meanwhile, I'd like to know about your business, what your current hosting setup looks like, how many websites you host and how long you've been hosting them.
