Web development for an (already designed) one page, responsive portfolio website

Hi, 

I'm a freelance graphic designer and am currently rebranding. I've fully designed my new site and just need a quote for the development.

I've been working with various developers throughout the last five years (and coding simple brochure sites myself) and want to find someone new to team up with. Hopefully, after everything goes well and we complete my rebranded site, I'll look to work with you on all of my future web design and mobile app briefs with bigger budgets. I feel it's important for me to be able to offer a client services, knowing I have a great developer available to work on the project.

For my site…

It's a quite simple, one page, responsive portfolio style website.
The layout and functionality will be similar to www.injectdesign.co.nz with the menu staying as a header when scrolling down through the site. 
There will also be a very short (under 10-second) intro video at the top of the page. It would need to embedded in the site and viewable on all devices.

As this is my own site, I will need to own the code and be able to update the site myself. I can edit basic sites (using dreamweaver) and should be able upload, copy & paste new projects into place when necessary. For any layout changes I'll seek your expertise!
