Web development

Hello, I am here from PPH but there is no contact button so I am using this. I am looking to build a website which I have done the design for but it does have some pages of functionality, for example, it produces 36 different reports based on a score the user will enter. This score is calculated outside of the website using a different app. It also requires a database as it collects basic info about the user. Apart from that it basically functions like a regular website. Is this something that do and how do you cost this, please?
