General information for the website: We are an online Property Portal of Properties in France were Estate Agents pay to upload their Properties manually or via an XML feed.
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of requirements/features: a) To meet with demand and compete with our competitors, we are seeking a company to completely redesign the Property Section of our website, whilst keeping the EnglishSpoken.com image.
The Property section (http://www.englishspoken.info/ClassMapSearch.php ) must include a search facility similar but not necessary the same as Example 1 (please refer to attachment) which leads to a results page, displaying a list of selected properties. Each individual property ad should include a picture, location along with a brief description. Advertising space is also essential.
By clicking on a property the browser is taken to a page displaying full information on the property including:
• A sophisticated display of photos, plans and video of the property.
• The Estate Agents full contact details and logo
• Key points about the property (bullet points?)
• Detailed description
• Property location displayed on a map of France
• Advertising space for mortgage and currency providers
• Surveys
Whilst we know what details are essential, we are seeking advice and guidance on how to develop an attractive and modern website which offers the browser an enjoyable experience, making them return again and again.
b) To develop account where Estate Agents can manually upload and manage their property ads.

c) To develop a system where we can easily upload XML feeds supplied by Estate Agents

d) To develop a Property app to compliment the website
