DGTAL GROW is hiring a skilled Web Developer to join our growing team and work on real client projects across international markets.

We’re a digital growth agency working across web development, digital marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, analytics, and conversion-focused growth strategies. Our websites are not built just to “look good” — we build them to support business goals, generate leads, improve user experience, and convert visitors into customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be responsible for building, customizing, improving, and maintaining websites for our clients using:

WordPress + Elementor
Shopify
Wix
Business & corporate websites
E-commerce stores
Landing pages
Conversion-focused pages
Responsive UI/UX implementation
Website speed & performance optimization
SEO-friendly website structures
Forms, integrations
Website troubleshooting and maintenance

What We’re Looking For

We need someone who can actually build and solve problems, not someone who simply installs a theme and changes the text.

You should have:

Strong hands-on experience with WordPress, Shopify and/or Wix
Good understanding of UI/UX and responsive design
Ability to convert designs into clean, functional websites
Experience with Elementor and Shopify customization
Understanding of website speed, technical SEO and performance
Strong attention to detail
Ability to troubleshoot issues independently
Good communication and time management
Ability to work with international clients and project requirements

Bonus: Experience with WooCommerce, custom CSS/HTML, JavaScript, conversion tracking, SEO plugins, and third-party integrations.
