Web Developer / Project Manager for On Going Work

Over the past 5 years I have slowly built up my web development company to the point where I now need a helping hand.

I'm looking for a developer who is keen to take on jobs from initial design right through to delivering the final product.

You will need to be skilled in both design / front-end development (HTML5, CSS3, Adobe Suites etc) and have enough back-end development knowledge (PHP, MySQL, Apache) to complete a project from start to end.

You will also be representing my company when speaking with clients (either over the phone or via email if required) and as far as my clients are concerned, you work for us. So a professional manner is a must.

I am also looking for someone who prides themselves on the quality of their work in the same way I do.
