We are looking for an expert web developer for ongoing work. We are a boutique agency and used to work with an expert web developer. However, he took a full-time job and is no longer available. We have been working with 2 other web developers - and though they are great communicators and can get website updates and easier tasks completed, they are not experts. We are in need of an expert web developer. Someone who can handle coding of new websites and landing page, who understand eCommerce sites, who understands databases & forms for collecting leads, who understands Cloudflare and ways to best protect your site, etc. Skills And Qualifications to include ...

-Understanding of front-end technologies and platforms, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
-Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors, such as LESS and SASS
-Understanding accessibility and security compliance (Depending on a specific project)
-User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
-Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
-Management of hosting environment, including database administration and scaling an application to support load changes
-Data migration, transformation, and scripting
-Setup and administration of backups
-Outputting data in different formats
Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms such as mobile vs desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform
-Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
-Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
-Proficient knowledge of a back-end programming language. Depending on the specific case, a developer should have the knowledge of one or more of PHP, Python, Ruby, Java, NET, JavaScript, etc.
-Knowledge of OWASP security principles
-Understanding of ‘session management’ in a distributed server environment
-Any other framework, libraries, or any other technology related to your development stack.

We are looking for people who live in the United States. We will pay hourly but will ask what you will charge or request how many hours will be needed for each task. Below hourly to be discussed before hiring - based on what you charge for your services. Finally, only expert web developers should respond. We really need more skilled help at the moment.
