Web based Timesheet System

I require a an online timesheet system to provide the following functions:
I would like workers to be able to login each day and enter the type of work, the location, start time, end time and notes. I would like timesheets to show a running total for each month, showing the total hours so far and the total earned so far.

Timesheets should be authorised by a supervisor/manager before it is confirmed as “to be paid” (various status of timesheets will be required). This information will be used to automatically calculate their wages for the week/month so the manager can know how much to pay each worker at month end. So each worker will have their hourly rate for each type of work in the system.

Ideally I would like the business to be able to use this information to raise the invoice to their client at the end of each week/month, preferably automatically.

This system will be used by multiple companies.
