Web and IOS Android App

I am looking for a full-stack developer with extensive experience with building slick UI for web and app development. The project will look similar to digital job marketplace homeadvisors.com , jobonji app, helpr.in - you get the point. Main theme of the project is creating a user friendly marketplace for users to look for professionals to do all sorts of small and large jobs on a bidding platform. You need to be able to implement GPS tracking technology for user that would like their Worker tracked, logged hours capability so the worker is paid based on hours worked, obviously a payment gateway, and finally an admin platform where the super admin can manage users, content, resolve tickets/issues, use the algorithm to generate reports like average amount paid for a job, re-hiring of the same worker, sales numbers by region etc (we will go in detail with the developer).
