General information for the website: We require our photoshop psds converted to a website DNN 7. The skin needs to be fully mobile responsive, bootstrap 3, and w3c ready. The site is fairly small (around 15 pages) and very straight forward (mostly text, with small graphics). We would like the person hired to complete the whole site for us.

Description of every page/module: The skin needs to be fully mobile responsive, bootstrap 3, and w3c ready. The site is fairly small (around 15 pages) and very straight forward (mostly text, with small graphics). We would like the person hired to complete the whole site for us as quickly as possible.
Description of requirements/features: All of the pages are text, with some graphics. One page is a 'mortgage calculator' type page, which we can program to work if the freelancer cannot.
CMS and Admin requirements: DotNetNuke (DNN 7 mobile responsive website). Fully mobile responsive, bootstrap 3, and w3c ready
Specific technologies required: DNN 7
