We need someone to build a 1 page parallax website from a PSD mock up

We're looking for someone with experience in developing parallax websites to build a one page website from mock-ups that we've created (attached).

All of the artwork is available in a layered PSD format and a mock-up animation of the parallax elements is attached. As the page scrolls we hope for the background elements to move as they do in the animation.

Many of the elements on the page will be standard elements that appear on all sites, other than the parallax background elements and a 3JS viewer for a 3D image. Therefore we're happy for you to work from a pre-built template or build the page from scratch if preferred.
