Description of requirements/features: We want it to created using bootstrap and using latest HTML & CSS standards.

We would like font-awesome icon to be set up.

We are not looking for functionality as this has already been built.

The CSS must be clearly coded, and well structured so that quick changes can be made to important Areas.
