VueJS Front-end and design

# Descirption

I need a VueJS front-end application, that will be communicating with a back-end REST API with the sole functionality of uploading images, and parsing the results. All the communication is done in JSON format.

As requirements, we would like to have the following:

- One-page mobile app design, focused on the main functionality - uploading image files;
- Mobile friendly and secure frameworks to be used for development is a must;
- Mobile friendly, responsive design - being able to animate animate its a plus;
- Simple, intuitive and user friendly design;

The results should be presented in the page without refreshing, and layout-ed as a gallery of images, where in the mobile version it should support swiping in order for someone to go through the results(Tinder style). However for the browser version such functionality is not needed, rather presenting the results in a nice non-symmetrical full page grid gallery(there are standard libraries for doing so).

The developer will be presented with a credentials for accessing our testing environment.

Furthermore, please find our requirement:

- As you can see in the clip, the page is not refreshing. The upload button shold support taking an instant picture from mobile or web camera.

- We expect better mobile app oriented one page desing, with a dummy navigation panel for future expansion.

- The transition, from action to results, should be facilitated via Loader.

- (WEB version) We expect the results to be visualized as a grid image gallery where hover action should start a picture slideshow from the selected item. Every item should print a looping and repeating slideshow of the pictures in the `item['imageUrls']` list. Note: Every item have more than one pictures.

- (Mobile version) We expect the results to be visualized as a fullscreen image gallery, where scrolling between items is performed with a swipe of a finger. Every item should print a looping and repeating slideshow of the pictures in the `item['imageUrls']` list.

- (Mobile and Web verion) A click on an item should redirect to `item['model']['chatRoomUrl']` url.


Finally, what do we expect as a deliverable and project development process:

- A mock desing of front and result page(for both mobile and web versions), prior the start of the development;

- Demo version of the prototype v0.9;

- Final version 1.0 and source code;
