Vue.js scrollable tab bar UI

This is a really small job.

It's for a food ordering mobile web app. As user scrolls through list of menu items, the tab bar on top would highlight relevant section. The code is already 50% working. I just need someone to complete it.

Requirements
- As user scroll, highlight tab and scroll tab into view if it's off screen. With animation.
- When tap a tab, should scroll to relevant section in menu list with animation.
- Fix bug where z-index of menu item image floats above the tab bar.
- Fix another bugs that come up.

See the attached video for what already works. I'm using Bulma + Buefy as the UI framework.

I expect you to write carefully written and documented code. No sloppy work!
