Visually appealing basic app required

Hi there,

We're looking for a basic app to be built, but one that is visually appealing in it's style and operation (similar quality to the Headspace app is our target). We will provide basic images for the app, while our graphic designer creates the actual images. Looking for initial app to be build in iOS, with an eye for an Android equivalent if the initial is a success.

The app will be relatively simple in its operation, and I'm sure you will have existing templates you can reuse for the landing page, etc. I am a mobile developer myself, but don't have the time to do the development - however I have created a requirements document that specifies how the app should function, which buttons on which page, what those buttons do etc. I will provide that document upon review of your existing apps.

The app will effectively be a game, with different levels, but all levels will take place in the same main page (with differences being instructed by an object fed to that page): that page will show a wave-form telling the user when to press either the bottom-left hand-side of the screen, or the bottom right hand side of the screen. Audio should play at the transition of the waveform i.e. when it peaks, or troughs.The inputs of the user should be recorded and compared to the instructions, and then a score presented back to the user, and recorded in the app for future reference. The only difference in levels of the game will be the waveform, and text describing the waveform.

My question to you is: does your team have experience building visually appealing apps, and can you send me some examples? Secondly, does your team have experience building simple gaming apps? And can you send me some examples? Again, the gaming aspects of this app will be limited, and non-complex.

If the examples you send are appealing, we will get your team to construct the basic application - without the main gaming page. If we like the basic application, we will contract you to build the main gaming page.
