Virtual Learning Environment Development - Moodle

A client of mine (a higher education college) requires a VLE (Virtual Learning Environment) to arrange and deliver course content/support for new series of e-courses.

I have decided for the VLE to be delivered via a configured and customised installation of Moodle. I have already prepared the basic designs and site map.

I need someone to take these designs and customise Moodle to suit the needs of the VLE requirements and environment.

I will handle all communications with the client, as well arranging hosting for the application - both during development and once live. You must be confident with both PHP and mySQL and have a good understanding of how to use/customise Moodle.

You should also have a good idea for design, however the main designs will already be provided for you. You will have to take some of these elements and carry the style/theme throughout to demonstrate continuity.
