Video site with added interactivity

A video aggregation site that allows embedding videos from other sources (youtube etc) and uploading of own videos. Must also allow embedding live streams from ustream etc.

In addition to the very basics of a video aggregation portal with user accounts, there are additional requirements for the interface and the back end. The system needs to be able to record all interactions with the video (clicking pause, rewinding etc.). In addition, interface must allow the placement of comments on the video, like annotations in YouTube. There must be possibilities of playing back the video with or without the comments and interactions, and creating a report of what the audience has done with the video.

You will be provided with an exhaustive plan of how the site must work: what the different roles need to do, what happens on which page, what the reports must have, with wireframes.

You can use any common framework. Please detail what and how you intend to do it (Java, Python, PHP preferred).

You will be provided with the graphic designs and some animations which you will make into the UI (PSD 2 HTML / CMS).

Only bidders with relevant references will be considered. I have lots of experience working with remote teams on development projects. If you want to be involved with the project also after the initial development, you can reflect this in the bid and offer details.

An NDA is required to receive all the specifications.
