Video Sharing Social Network Site

I currently have a local video sharing website but I would like to find someone that can create one for me that will have more features and not be under someone elses control. I'm currently running vidiscipt bought and paid for but all the licences are suddenly showing invalid now.
i basicly need a site that will allow users to watch and vote for videos, pictures, and music, add friends, user profiles. I do like the thumbnail pictures for media items, and I would love to have a way for users to create playlists for all media online. And of course I need to ensure a way for users to make thier stuff private. The site is texomatube.com
