Vector page to react

We are conducting a test to evaluate the possibility of using a professional on PeoplePerHour to help implement a new design on several of our internal applications.

This test will comprise converting a design in SVG to a React/Bootstrap/CSS responsive page using vector images instead of jpg/png images.

The deliverable should be a working page that showcases your ability to write code according to the standards, create a responsive page that scales and adapts the menu structure depending on browser window size.
