Urgent WordPress Developer - Fix WP Ultimate Member Issues

We are looking for a WP expert to help us fix the WP issues that have come up within the Ultimate Member plugin and other apps.

1 - Model profile issues - photo upload issue. Models are unable to upload photos front end and back end (gallery) in the registration form. The form just loads but doesnt actually submit. For models already registered, there is no option to upload more photos. Make gallery photos upload mandatory for models + 'add media' button doesnt work
2 - New issue - wordpress contact form spam emails? - all emails sent via Contact form and Get a quote form come through as spam. please add CAPTCHA (we have the plugin but its not implemented) also ensure form is sent from the senders email in a form format to
3 - Change senders email / model email in the model registration form
Each model submission should come in from that models email instead of Wordpress
4 - Remove audio option from model form + remove that field completely
5 - Fix z card so it appears backend and front end correctly and is downloadable as a PDF format by clients (auto download is ok) z card should have correct fields (4 photos, text and logo showing on the PDF)
