Urgent - Need a PHP developer Asap to remove pop-up through code

We are experiencing a critical issue on our website.

An outdated maps version has caused a rearrangement on the website. THe cookies acceptance pop up at the footer cannot be cklicked and the website content cannot be accessed. We found out that if the cookie acceptance is eventually clicked, the website is clickable again.
But we cannot set such a function via the CMS/admin web application of the website
We are looking for someone to intervene in the code, find the cookie acceptance bar/pop-up and remove it completely.
we cannot budget this as we are not aware of the time and resources required so let us know.
