Since yesterday, all emails from are website are bouncing back as email delayed:

"Diagnostic info for administrators:
Generating server: exchange2019.livemail.co.uk
Receiving server: t1-hex-xprelay.gem.livemail.co.uk (10.48.24.19)"

Looking for somebody to help sort urgently please.

    1. Please paste one full bounce/NDR (incl. error code + headers), not just the snippet.
    2. What’s sending the site emails and how (WordPress/plugin/app; SMTP relay vs API)? Any changes “since yesterday”?
    3. Is it all outgoing emails or only certain recipient domains? Also confirm your sending domain (e.g., yoursite.co.uk).
    Once I have that, I’ll confirm the likely fault (relay/auth/DNS/queue) and the next steps.

    Can you confirm if this issue is affecting all outgoing emails from the website or only specific addresses, and have there been any recent changes to your Exchange server or DNS settings?
