Urgent! Design a CSS static HTML website, a PSD first thenfeedback before slicing.

Static 1 page site, similar to this page http://enactenergy.com/?q=green-deal

But a 1 page design, needs the attached logo to be part of the site design, there are also some images and web page content to be used on the site - feel free to resize to make fit, but do not distort them. No need for a menu at the top, but would be good to have the place for it, same in the footer.

Client needs to see it as a PSD file first, will give feedback on changes to make, then when agreed needs to be sliced to HTML, using CSS - no tables!

The logo is being created elsewhere - at that point the project is completed.

So nice project, but getting urgent - my PC had crashed is working now, but I am really behind with this as a result.
