URGENT Create Moodle Theme and Package

I am looking for a Moodle developer to assist with customising a new Moodle site with a view to building a long term relationship to customise more moodle sites. This site needs to be ready by the end of this week so only respond if you can commit to this timescale.

Artwork is being signed off tomorrow and then leaves rest of the week to build the moodle theme/template/css and then we need to install this on our client's server on Friday so it needs packaging up ready. The artwork would be provided in jpg or psd file. There are two files, one for the login screen and one for the landing page screen (once logged in). The designs will need to be followed as close as possible.

You will need to have a moodle version available on your own server so you can install and share with me so I can see prior to final package on Friday. Latest moodle version as well please.

I would need to see some examples of past moodle work .
