Upload 5 pre-written blog posts, add SEO optimised photos and SEO optimise whole post

Hi, I have 5 x 500 word blog posts in Word docs that I'd like you to upload to my site's Wordpress blog. To be clear, you don't need to write the posts themselves as they've already been written.

I'd then like you to track down 3 images per blog from the web, resize the images so they're 640 pixels wide, compressed for web and saved using filenames featuring our keywords. (I'll give you a small list of keywords to use). Please add these in to the blog piece - one at the top between the heading and the intro and two dotted around the text.

I'd like the blog images to have keyword-rich alt tags and descriptions added, a keyword-rich URL to be created and for keywords to be added to the page's metadescription, using the SEO plugin we have that makes this very simple.
