Upgrade Strapi from v4 to v5

I'm looking for a skilled developer to upgrade the backend of my personal website (https://harrytang.xyz), from Strapi v4 to Strapi v5.

Project Details:
* The frontend is built with Next.js
* The backend uses Strapi, currently at version 4
* I want to upgrade Strapi to the latest v5 version.

Requirements / Acceptance Criteria:
* Strapi is successfully upgraded to v5
* All plugins are updated and made compatible with Strapi v5.
* The frontend is updated to match the new API structure of Strapi v5.
* All related frontend unit tests are written or updated accordingly.
* End-to-end (E2E) tests must pass.
